Have you ever had a project with a due date that created the idea that time was not of the essence?  Maybe you've planned to begin working out one day this week but have not decided on an exact day. No matter your current situation the text you are reading right now is your sign to start. Grab a pen and pad to write down a new schedule that you will follow from here on out. This schedule will flow from the time you wake up to the time you prepare for bed. Starting begins with how you train your mind to pick up on tasks and strategize to complete each one in a timely fashion. Take note that consuming solid foods all day is not required, you are not limiting yourself. Keep in mind that you are unlearning the habits and conditions of the past. Today is the day that will change your health, your wellness, and your life for the better.  All you have to do is take action. After all, if you do not feel well you do not perform well.
